Payments for Kayloo Control subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate billing
• Billing errors
• Major service outages exceeding 48 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.
